tinyhomes-us ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tinyhomes-us.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you use the Site:

• Quote requests. When you submit our "Get a Quote" form, we collect your name, email, phone number, budget range, timeline, product of interest, and any project details you choose to share.
• Accounts. When you create a customer account, we collect your first and last name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), and optional phone number.
• Orders and delivery. When you check out, we collect the shipping/delivery address, city, state, ZIP code, country, phone number, your preferred payment method (direct bank transfer, Zelle, or PayPal — we do not collect card numbers through the Site), and any delivery notes needed to fulfill and deliver your order.
• Account addresses. If you save an address to your account for faster checkout, we store that address until you remove it or close your account.
• Site usage. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) are recorded automatically for security and troubleshooting.
• Cart contents. Items you add to your cart before checkout are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers (see "Cookies and Local Storage" below).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to quote requests and answer questions about pricing, zoning, or timelines;
• Create and maintain your customer account;
• Process, fulfill, and deliver orders, and send related updates;
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries sent to info@tinyhomes-us.com;
• Maintain the security of the Site and prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting repeated form submissions);
• Improve our products, content, and the Site itself;
• Understand how visitors use the Site and, where enabled, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, as described in "Cookies and Local Storage" below.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes, though Google may use analytics/advertising cookies as described below when those tools are enabled.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The Site uses browser local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits, and a secure session token to keep you signed in to your account or the admin dashboard. This information stays on your device and in our authentication system and is not shared with advertising networks.

When Google Analytics is enabled for the Site, Google's analytics script sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device type). If Google Ads conversion tracking is also enabled, Google may set an additional cookie to measure whether a visit resulted in a quote request or order. These cookies are set by Google, not by us directly, and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies generally in your browser settings.

You can clear your local storage/session at any time by clearing your browser's site data, though this will also clear your saved cart and sign you out.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We may use third parties to send transactional email (such as order confirmations) or host our infrastructure. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.
• Analytics and advertising. If Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking is enabled for the Site (see "Cookies and Local Storage" above), Google processes limited Site-usage information as our analytics/advertising provider.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of tinyhomes-us, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If tinyhomes-us is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We keep account, order, and lead information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it (for example, completed order records for accounting purposes).

• Review and update your name, email, phone number, and saved addresses at any time from your account dashboard;
• Change your password from the account dashboard;

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including password hashing and access controls that separate customer accounts from the admin dashboard. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to promptly investigate any suspected breach.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on the Site.
